Heather Rankin Director
Heather is an industrial engineer turned CS communication specialist. She knows the CR reporting process inside out, having designed CS management and measurement systems, produced reports in-house for FRC Group and worked as a CR consultant at a design agency before joining Context in October 2006.
Heather is an experienced account manager who advises and supports clients on a wide range of internal and external CS communications, engagement with opinion leaders, benchmarking clients' CS reports and websites. Heather is also an experienced trainer on CS issues and health and safety.
She has qualifications in environmental management, health and safety, and social and ethical auditing and reporting.
Her clients include BT, CEMEX, Kimberly-Clark, Roche, Sun Microsystems and Tesco.
