Centrica has topped Lundquist’s CSR Online Awards for the second year running, demonstrating excellent use of its website as a platform for corporate responsibility communications and stakeholder engagement. This follows the company’s recent bronze award for best use of digital to aid a CR campaign in the Digital Impact Awards.
Meanwhile, Unilever has achieved third place in both the Lundquist awards and the Financial Times Bowen Craggs Web Effectiveness Index. The FT report highlighted the emphasis on the importance of sustainable living as Unilever’s main core value and ranked the company joint first for ‘serving society’.
